Brian T. Alexander
Associate, Hamilton, Westby, Antonowich & Anderson

Growing up with a lawyer in the family, Brian developed an early passion for pragmatic logic and argument while seeing first-hand the satisfaction that comes from helping others by observing his father's work as a corporate attorney.

Now, Brian applies those skills and his passion for helping others by guiding Georgia insurers and employers through the fast-paced realm of Workers' Compensation claims.

In 2010, Brian graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management. Brian subsequently attended Mississippi College School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2014.

While in law school, Brian clerked directly for the Assistant Secretary of State, State of Mississippi where he gained valuable experience in state government regulatory practice. Brian is also a recipient of the Benton Public Interest Fellow scholarship and the John B. Farese Memorial Trial Advocate award.

Brian has varied experience at all levels of litigation, including Workers’ Compensation, Construction Law, Transportation Law, Personal Injury Defense, Eminent Domain, Wills & Estates, Estate Administration, Incorporation, and in handling large volume discovery requests. Brian is admitted to all Superior Courts in Georgia; and all state and federal courts in Mississippi. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia Young Lawyers’ Division, the Mississippi Bar, and the Mississippi Bar Young Lawyers’ Division.

When not in the office, Brian enjoys spending time with his fiancé Kate and is an avid outdoorsman and adventurer.
