R. Craig Henderson

R. Craig Henderson earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Georgia in 1982. He graduated in 1986 from the Georgia State University College of Law where he was a member of the International Law Moot Court Team. He also participated in the Carl Duisberg Society International and Comparative Law Intern Program. Mr. Henderson’s practice has concentrated in workers’ compensation, where he has focused on defending employers, insurers, self-insured employers and servicing agents in litigation throughout Georgia.

Additionally, Mr. Henderson worked for twelve years at the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation. In that capacity, he served as a mediator and Director of the Settlement Division. During his time with the Board, Mr. Henderson was a frequent speaker and writer at continuing legal education seminars regarding mediation, settlement processes, ethics, and professionalism. He is an adjunct faculty member at Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School.

Mr. Henderson and his wife are both natives of Atlanta. They have two children, and several animals of different species and dispositions. Mr. Henderson published his first novel in 2016, and enjoys working on its sequel for publication in 2017.
