William N. Anderson

William “Bill” N. Anderson received
his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University
of North Carolina at Charlotte in 1990 and his
Juris Doctor from Mercer University in 1993. He
has an AV rating from Martindale Hubble. While
in law school, Mr. Anderson was a member of the
Mercer Law Review, Chair of Law Day and Assistant Chair
of the National Conference of Law Reviews in 1993.
He also received the Dean’s Public Service
Award.
Mr. Anderson is one of the original founding
attorneys of the Hamilton, Westby, Antonowich
& Anderson and practices primarily in workers’
compensation defense, workers’ compensation
subrogation, general liability defense and general
civil litigation. He is dedicated to aggressively
defending his clients’ interests while being
aware of litigation costs and attempting to utilize
alternative dispute resolution methods where appropriate.
He is also the co-founder of www.gaworkerscomp.com,
which is designed to provide information regarding
Georgia workers’ compensation law. Mr. Anderson is a certified civil mediator and offers mediation services for civil claims. He has participated in over 1000 mediations.
Mr. Anderson is admitted to all Georgia state
and federal courts and routinely speaks at seminars
about worker’s compensation and medical
issues. He and his wife live in intown Atlanta
where he has served on the board of his homeowner’s
association for many years. |
